A recent social media post by Emplas (Business Pilot users via their retail arm T&K), had me thinking about just how far we go every week to be the best we can for our customers.
Now I could be referring to the amount of innovation we bring out, or the level of support we offer, our first class customer service, the Business Pilot Community and more, but this time I mean physical distance.
The post was about Planes, Trains and Automobiles. It featured the infamous trio arriving at FensterBau!
Today for example, we have Matt and Rebecca both on the Isle of Wight. So we can add ferries to that list. Every week of the year we do a lot of train and car miles, getting out to see potential and existing customers. It’s only a couple of weeks ago that we did the ‘week in the life’ mini series on social media which included flights to Dublin.
Remote meetings are great, but they are not anywhere near as good as meeting face to face.
We have seen this with the massive response to the FIT Show and other face to face events. We have always offered in person or remote sessions and with an overwhelming majority, face to face meetings are the preferred option. Our own Open Training Days are a great example too.
Business Pilot has always been about a lot more than a system. We are all passionate about helping installers to succeed. We will do whatever we need to help that cause and if that means coming to you in person and helping you to get the most from what is already an amazing bit of software, then we are not just willing, we are happy to. Plus, it means we get to meet more of our Business Pilot Community.
If this is the type of approach you would value, then why not join us. You can take a free trial to see whether our system is right for you, and we will come out to see you and answer any questions.
It’s time to work with a company that is as passionate about your success as you are.
