BP Champions are the main point of contact for Business Pilot and the go-to expert for your team internally, organising training, handling evaluations and directing support queries to our team.
Of course, any user can get in touch with us for help, but we find that companies who appoint a BP Champion have more streamlined communication and increased efficiency.
It also means that you have an in-house Business Pilot expert to manage the implementation of new features as they are released and train any new starters that join as your business grows!
Who could my BP Champion be?
