- Whether you are setting up a contact, lead or changing the installation address, from the page you are on complete all other tasks as usual.
- When you get to the address section press the magnifying glass. This will create a pop up to say ‘Please enter a valid postcode or click here to enter manually.’
- Click ‘here’ and type the address in manually, once complete press update at the bottom, right-hand side of the page.
