To do this:
- Within your Contact, scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Archive’. Press ‘Archive’ again to confirm.
- To see your Archived Contacts, head to Contacts under the Main Menu and select Archived Contacts.
- To re-activate a customer, simply click the edit button on the contact, scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Restore’. Select ‘Restore’ again to confirm.
- To delete a contact, head to either your Active or Archived contacts (depending on where the customer is) and select the red dustbin beside the contact name. Select Yes to confirm.
