How To Archive or Delete a Contact

To do this:

  1. Within your Contact, scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Archive’. Press ‘Archive’ again to confirm.
  2. To see your Archived Contacts, head to Contacts under the Main Menu and select Archived Contacts.
  3. To re-activate a customer, simply click the edit button on the contact, scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Restore’. Select ‘Restore’ again to confirm.
  4. To delete a contact, head to either your Active or Archived contacts (depending on where the customer is) and select the red dustbin beside the contact name. Select Yes to confirm.
