To Do This:

1. Within you Lead or Contract, under the Appointments tab, you’ll find a list of all the appointments booked here.
2. To book another Sales or Surveyor appointment, simply head back to the Lead or Contract Details page. Scroll down to the Sales Person or Surveyor box.
3. Click on the name highlighted in green and the Diary will pop up for the person you have selected. (Remember, you can change the Sales Person or Surveyor if you need to but will need to select this first).
4. Use the arrows or calendar icons to find the date you’d like to book the appointment for and double-click on the date/time.
5. Enter the details required and select Save to confirm. Remember to select a different Location if , for example, it’s a different sales appointment.
6. If you head back to the Appointments tab, you’ll see the new appointment booked displayed here.
