How To Close a Service Call

To Do This:

  1. Select the edit icon beside the Service Call.
  2. Scroll down and enter a Resolution For Call.
  3. Select whether the customer has signed this off and no further action is required. Please note, you must tick No Further Action required box for the Service Call to close.
  4. Select ‘Update’ when completed.
  5. If you scroll across, you will notice the Status will change to Closed.
