How To Contact Support

To Do This:

  1. Within your dashboard, select the question mark in the top right-hand side of the screen and ‘Contact Live Support’.
  2. Enter your name, company name, email address and a message with the issue. Please enter as much detail as possible so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  3. Screenshots and images are always helpful. Please select the attachment box and select as required. Select ‘Send’ once finished.
  4. If you’re experiencing a problem with a specific page or a bug, please send over the URL so that we can locate the details immediately. We aim to answer support queries as soon as possible.
