How to Make a Second Appointment

  1. Firstly, click on the menu and click on ‘Live Leads’, alternatively type in the lead number you are looking for in the search bar at the top of the page.
  2. Load the lead page for the customer, look on the right-hand side to see where the appointment is currently and click where it says ‘Booked For: (Sales Person)’.
  3. Find the current appointment date, double click the ticket, click delete.
  4. Organise and re-book this for a later date.
  5. The system will automatically make a note of the changes in the lead notes.
