Reason For Update:
We have expanded our Marketing Column to the Live Leads Excel Export, now you can filter in the Contact, Lead and Contract Page for GDPR Compliant Email, Phone or Post lists from your Customer base.
To carry this action out in any page, using the Lead Page as an example below. Click ‘Export to Excel’
Once Excel loads, press ‘Enable Editing’.
Scroll to the Marketing Column, towards the end.
Highlight this column, click ‘Sort & Filter’ and select ‘Filter’.
Click the Filter that appears beside the Marketing Column and select all options required. Looking for a mailshot list? Click all options that include Email.
You will be left with a GDPR complaint list of email addresses to use in your next campaign.
