Business Pilot, the CRM and business management platform built by installers for installers, has further strengthened its BPsite App with the integration of BPsign and Blink Payment links – transforming every installer’s device into a mobile payment and customer signature terminal.
This latest update enables onsite teams to collect electronic signatures via BPsign and request payments in real-time using Blink Payment links.
Installers can now take payment immediately after the job is completed, with options for customers to pay via card, bank transfer, Apple Pay or Google Pay – all from the same device used for installation reports and job updates.

Previously integrated into the Business Pilot CRM platform, Blink Payment has already been praised by users for slashing admin time and improving cash flow. The addition of payment links into the BPsite App takes that functionality out on the road, meaning payments can be taken the moment the work is complete: no more chasing invoices.
