By integrating emails within the Business Management system, we’ve created a better way to communicate with your customers, and every single email you send is stored in one place – within the lead or contract it relates to. So, you’ll never lose a message again!
A unique email address and mailbox is created for every lead or contract you create can be used externally too. So as long as you CC the email address when you use another email programme, it will appear in Business Pilot. You can forward other emails to it as well, keeping everything in one place.
BPmail templates are one of the most used features in our system. You can create as many templates as you need, so you never have to write another quote/contract/invoice/statement email ever again! Simply create a template with your usual message and it will be there to use for every job with the click of a button.
Email templates feature placeholders too, which are automatically updated with the information from your lead or contract, so there’s no going back and forth finding the right names, job numbers or quote information – it’s filled in automatically and completely accurate, every time.
Documents and images can be easily attached to your emails too. You can also attach template documents, which will also be populated with the correct information from your lead or contract. So, for example when you want to send a deposit invoice request email, the email is populated with key information about the job and the invoice, whilst the attachment is the invoice itself. So, you’ve sent an email, with the correct attachment without having to write an email or create the invoice!
