We built our web to lead integration to make it straightforward to implement. If your website isn’t on the WordPress platform, or you aren’t confident with making changes to your site, you may need some developer support.
Within the Business Pilot system, website enquiries can be viewed separately, so it’s easy to manage them before they go through into the main system. We’ve all had those forms from Joe Bloggs with a phone number of 123456789 – and nobody needs those hanging around in their business management system!
The Web-to-Lead integration feature pulls all of the information from your web form into the system. So, whether you have a straightforward form that requests basic contact details or one that captures extra info such as product interest and preferred times for contact, it all comes through into Business Pilot.
It gives you complete visibility of all of your web enquiries, without trawling through your inbox to find the automated emails from your website!
Once the enquiry becomes a lead, it can also be categorised by setting a ‘close-by’ date or by giving it a temperature score. You can then use the Leads Grid view to filter them, so you’re focussed on the highest priority, ‘Hot’ and ‘Warm’ leads rather than Cold!
The system can also be set-up so that a lead triggers a pipeline to start managing the status of that lead. So, it could notify sales teams and assign them a task to make a follow-up call or book an appointment.
Your sales team can then update the Lead Status, sales appointment bookings are automatically visible in the diary, and you can see information such as potential Sales Values, and filter grid views by Sales Person, follow-up dates, product types or lead status.
