For business owners, managing directors and branch managers the management dashboards and reports are a game-changing feature. Where previously they may be sifting through paper files, chasing finance people for updates or spending hours inputting figures into spreadsheets, now they can review business performance at the click of a button. And they love it!

Management Information Dashboards

Within the Management Information (MI) section of Business Pilot, we have built a range of dashboards to give quick and clear overviews of key areas of performance.

Within the Sales Dashboard, you can see the performance of each of your sales team, sales area performance and a section that compares target figures with actuals in a simple table. There are options for the dashboard to present the information in a grid, or in a graph. There’s even a sales heatmap feature…and who doesn’t love a heatmap!

The Leads & Products Dashboard reports on your lead sources, product type or interest and you can also see a pipeline by lead source report where you can monitor the ‘lifespan’ of leads from different sources.

The Status Dashboard shows the progress of all jobs within the system, working from pipelines within your Status Progression set-up. This dashboard can report by numbers or value with the click of a button and each report is easily filtered by User too.

The Ops Dashboard gives you the up-to-date figures you need. From sales to outstanding balances and everything in between, so you always know where the finances are, without need to log-in to your finance package.

In the Marketing Dashboard, you can clearly see Lead Source vs. Sales won so you can identify the marketing channels that give you the best ROI.

Management Exports

Every management dashboard can be easily filtered by customer type, specific dates, or periodically – in weeks, quarters, months or years, so you can compare performance as you need to.

Every report on the dashboard also features a download button, so you can download the .csv file of your information if you need to distribute, store or print it outside of the Business Pilot system.
