That’s what Status Progressions deliver for your business! For every route a job takes through your business, you can build a Status Progression pipeline, mapping out each of these tasks in the order they need to be done. Each of the steps along the pipeline are called Statuses.

Automating Your Work Life

As each status is reached, there is the option to automatically set an activity that needs to be carried out. So, for example, once you’ve confirmed the installation date with your customer, you can update the job Status to ‘installation confirmed’ which will trigger an email to the customer with written confirmation and send a note to the installation team about the job – amazing, right?

Timings, Audit Trails & Reports

If you know how long it should take between two Statuses in your Pipeline, you can set alerts to make sure that emails and quotes are being sent on time and follow-up calls are always being made promptly.

Status Progressions also give you a clear audit trail of who did what on which job and when, which is always handy if a problem arises down the line. And it’s easy to run reports so you can see the status of all the jobs in your system – which is great for managing your team.
