Being an organisational superstar is easy with the Business Pilot diary. Integrated with all the other BP features that have appointment bookings, the diary is designed to not only keep you on track, but also give visibility of where everyone is at any one time, making it easier to book new appointments and meetings.

Easy booking & rearranging

Appointments for salespeople and surveyors are easily booked through the Leads or Contract areas.

Simply select their name from the drop-down menu in the Sales person or Surveyor field and choose the book now option to open up the Diary in the window.

This way the appointment will be pre-populated with the information, for speed, but you can make any adjustments you want to.

The diary also links with the Service Call area so any follow-up or remedial visits can be easily booked. This can also be done via the Service tab within any Contract.

Appointments can also be booked directly through the main Diary area and there’s a drag and drop function for rearranging them as required.

Once appointments are in the system, that information is pulled through to a number of areas within the system.

Users will see their appointments for the day on their own dashboard. The Sales Management Dashboard (which Sales Managers and Directors LOVE, by the way!) shows the whole team’s sales appointments for the day.

Accurate audit trail

The Appointments tab within any Lead or Contract keeps a record of all diary appointments associated with that job. Installation bookings are recorded under the Fitting tab, which pulls in data from the Interactive Schedule Board.

Whenever an appointment is booked, changed or cancelled, a system note will be automatically created within the Lead or Contract too, so there’s a clear trail of what’s happened and when.
