Our Group and Branch system options were designed in response to high demand from the glazing industry for an integrated CRM for group companies or businesses with multiple branches, sites or showrooms.

Whilst the CEO or Operations Director may not need access to the day-to-day detail of what’s going on in each branch or business, they do need to be able to access the data that matters to them. And that’s what these features do!

How the Branch feature works…

The Branch feature has been designed for larger and growing installation companies, who have multiple sites or showrooms.

Users can be assigned to just one branch – such as a showroom manager, or to multiple branches – for example the sales manager. Each branch has its own settings too, so you can assign different notification emails, logos & contact details for each branch.

Reports can be split down to individual branch or accumulated into a full report with data from all branches.

How the Group feature works…

With our Group function, each of your companies will have their own separate Business Pilot system.

The data from all of the systems is pulled through into the Group area so you can compare or combine data to give you a better overview of what’s going on across your group of companies.

You can also access individual system data if you need to.

With a Group license, you will have access to a separate Group management area in your main menu, where you can see:

  • Individual company reports, operations dashboard and sales dashboard
  • Group reports, operations dashboard and sales dashboard
