For many installation companies, registering jobs with certifications schemes to notify the relevant authorities and receive certificates can be a long-winded and time-consuming process. But since it is a legal requirement to register jobs with the local authority via building control or through a self-certification scheme, it’s a crucial part of your business process.

The FENSA API (direct integration) link allows you to register jobs in their system with the click of a button! All information is carried over from the contract, in the guarantees tab, where you can input certification-specific data including installation date and the number of windows and doors that have been fitted.
If you’re a Certass member, you can use our export template to register your jobs. In the guarantees tab in the contract, you’ll find self-certification fields specific to registering work in the Certass portal, including the install date and the number of products fitted. Then you will find your export in the reports area.
