For many installation companies, registering jobs with certifications schemes to notify the relevant authorities and receive certificates can be a long-winded and time-consuming process. But since it is a legal requirement to register jobs with the local authority via building control or through a self-certification scheme, it’s a crucial part of your business process.

Manual data entry is not only repetitive and a time-sap, but also pretty dull work. The margin for error is high, especially if multiple jobs are being registered at once. We knew there was another way which is why we joined forces with certification schemes in our sector to help make your life easier!

Self-certifying Jobs, Made Simple

With our FENSA and Certass connections, you can register your jobs with them quicker and without inputting any data at all!

The FENSA API (direct integration) link allows you to register jobs in their system with the click of a button! All information is carried over from the contract, in the guarantees tab, where you can input certification-specific data including installation date and the number of windows and doors that have been fitted.

If you’re a Certass member, you can use our export template to register your jobs. In the guarantees tab in the contract, you’ll find self-certification fields specific to registering work in the Certass portal, including the install date and the number of products fitted. Then you will find your export in the reports area.
