And our grids are easily personalised by selecting the columns that give you the right information straight away. You can even save different grid views so you can always see what you need to.
As well as pre-created Sales, Marketing, Operations, Status, People & Sales Areas and Leads & Products dashboards in the Management Information area, we have preset dashboard options for each of your team. These can be set as defaults so that your team see what’s most important to their role as soon as they log-in.
Dashboards feature things like the day’s appointments and calls, tasks that are due, a notification feed and summary blocks for sales, surveys or service calls.
There are a number of grid windows within the Business Pilot system, giving you a quick view of your enquiries, contacts, leads, contracts, orders, stock, service calls and job costs.
Each grid has a number of columns that you can select or deselect to see the information that’s most relevant to you. The columns can be filtered and sorted, just like in an Excel spreadsheet. You can also drag and drop them into an order that works best for you.
Our saved Grid View function is great, because once each grid has been personalised to your liking you can save that view and easily jump to it each time you are in the system. It’s just another helpful time saver in the Business Pilot system that fits around how you want to work.
