Convert to contract eliminates error, by automatically transferring all of the details from the lead into the contract stage. The ‘convert to contract’ action triggers a new Status Progression Pipeline to help your team follow the right processes and ensure all the right steps are taken in between sale agreement and installation.
Once you convert a Lead to a Contract, a whole host of other features open up to help you progress your job and as steps are followed through your process, the status of the contract is updated so that you can see the progression of each live job.
You can see which tasks have been assigned to which Users, monitor the progress of those tasks and keep your customer informed at each step using BPmail. Our internal mailing system keeps a record of all communications with your customer, so everyone can see what’s been sent to them.
In the Contracts grid, you can filter contracts by Status and Status Date so you can make sure things are moving along at the pace you expect.
Meanwhile, the Status Summary page enables you to see how many contracts are sat at each stage in the pipeline and view pre-filtered grid displays.
